VIDEO: Melissa Rivers Files Lawsuit Against Clinic

Melissa Rivers has filed a lawsuit against the clinic where her mother’s heart stopped. TMZ has obtained copies of the lawsuit that claims gross medical malpractice. Melissa alleges that the doctors were acting star crazed and snapping cell phone pics, instead of attending to the medical duties of her mother. Melissa is also suing Joan Rivers’ personal doctor, Gwen Korovin, who was not supposed to be present during the surgery. The lawsuit alleges that she left the emergency room to avoid being caught abandoning Joan. Check out the video here!
